Children's Ministry

"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up." - Deuteronomy 6:6-7

 The Children’s Ministry exists to come alongside and equip families with a legacy of faith. The ministry’s focus is to sow seeds from the Word of God into the next generation that will reap the benefits of eternity and impact the world. 

Children’s Ministry Service Information

Sunday Mornings

Service Time: 12:30 PM
Children’s Ministry is available serving children Infant through 13 years.  Children will sit with their parents during worship and then meet their teachers in the back of the sanctuary once the time of worship is completed. They will then go to their respective classrooms for an age-appropriate study. Please be prepared to pick up your children by 2:00 PM.

Class: Infant - 3 years

Class: 4-8 years
In this class, children are provided an age-appropriate lesson that incorporates Scripture reading, discussion, visual aids, hands-on crafts and activities and games. At this age level, we begin to encourage memorization of the Scriptures by giving them a weekly memory verse. Once a child has graduated from this class, it is our goal that he or she understands why mankind needs a Savior, is comfortable praying out loud and talking to God and is able to recite the basic Gospel message using a visual aid such as a salvation bracelet.

Class: 9-13 years
In this class, children are provided an age-appropriate lesson that incorporates Scripture reading, discussion, visual aids, and activities. Children are given a weekly memory verse from the Scriptures. Once a child has graduated from this class, it is our goal that he or she knows the books of the Bible, knows the members and roles of the Trinity and can find the books of the Bible without assistance.
