Ministry Application for Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in serving the Lord at Cornerstone Bible Fellowship!  Please complete the entire Ministry Application online.  You are not able to save your work so you will need to complete the application in one sitting.  Once you submit your application, it will be forwarded to Pastor Bernard for his review and approval.  Pastor Bernard may schedule a meeting with you to discuss your application if he would like to clarify any of your answers to ensure that our ministries are operating in unity.  You will be informed via email when your application is approved and the ministry leaders will be notified of your eligibility for service.

Please note that if you are interested in serving in Children's Ministry, the application process includes a routine background check.  In addition to completing the online Ministry Application, you will need to complete a Background Check Authorization form.  The Background Check Authorization form can be either downloaded here or picked up at the Information Table following our services.  The Background Check Authorization form needs to be physically signed and returned to the Information Table or a church staff member.
