Church Home Form

We are excited that you are interested in becoming a part of Cornerstone Bible Fellowship (CBF)!  If you consider CBF to be your home church, please complete both the Church Home Form and the Position of Faith Acknowledgement Form to be included in our Church Directory.  

If you have already completed the Church Home Form but need to make updates to your contact information, you can submit any changes at the Information Table before or after one of our church services.
