RESERVING YOUR PERSONAL PLACE WITH GOD’S REMNANT

The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. Isaiah 10:21
Have you reserved your place to see God’s face forever? This reservation is indeed for those
who have trusted Jesus Christ as Lord God and Savior and thereby enjoy an exclusive eternal
reality. According to the Lord Jesus Christ words only a few (Remnant) will experience eternal
life with him.
Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that
leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and
narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Our opening text tells us that God’s people will return to Him because of the great
demonstration of His strength which was on display with His complete Annihilation of most of
Assyria.
This is not the only passage in scripture where we witness a remnant. As a matter of fact, we
can see several sorts of remnants in scripture.
*Noah and his family of eight were the remnant saved in Genesis 6. It is purported that there was
750 million people on earth during the Antediluvian period. (Time from creation to the Flood)
And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of
the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. Genesis 6:5
*Lot and his two daughters reflect a small remnant in Genesis 19 because of God’s benevolence
and matchless mercy they survived the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah
* When the Prophet Elijah embraced despair, he declared that he was the only one left in Israel
who had not bowed down to idols, God assured him that He had reserved a remnant of 7,000
“whose knees have not bowed to Baal nor kiss his lips”
While the word remnant describes “what is left,” specifically what may remain after a battle or
a great disaster or misfortune, in this passage (Isaiah 10:21), it describes “a small part or
portion.
Finally, a blessed remnant is that of the constant Church, the body of Christ. - it’s critical to note
that the most blessed remnant is that of the true Church, the body of Christ, chosen out of the
100 OF millions who have lived and died over the centuries. Jesus made it certain (CRYSTAL
CLEAR) that this remnant would be small when compared to the number of people on the earth
throughout history. “Countless NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS” will find the way to eternal
destruction, but “few” will find the way to eternal life.
A commitment to connect and cement yourself with the world will guarantee a destiny fixed in
eternal pain and torture. And your personal rejection and resistance to receive Jesus Christ as

God, Savior and Lord will reserve you a spot with Satan and his angels as well as all others who
will be dinning at the table of the damned.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone,
where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and
ever.
Revelation 20:14-15 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
I implore you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that you Reserve your place with God’s
remnant by receiving and obeying the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
